Music legend Antoine Dominique “Fats” Domino Jr. passed away on October 24, 2017. Indeed “Fats” Dominio was an American pianist and singer songwriter. His major sucess spanned between 1955 and the early 1960’s. He is considered one of the pioneers of rock and roll music. According to record tabulations Domino has sold more than 65 million records. In addition, his style was based on traditional rhythm and blues.
Tom Petey was an American singer and songwriter and was the lead singer of Tom PEtty and the Heartbreaker. He died at age 66 on October 2, 2017. In addition he was co-founder of the 1980’s supergroup the Traveling Wilbury’s. He was inducted into the Rock of Fame in 2002. Petey has sold well over 80 million albums worldwide and is considered one of the best selling artists of all time.
Glenn Campbell was a singer, songwriter and actor. He was born on April 22, 1936 and passed away on August 8, 2017. During his long career Campbell is credited in selling well over 45 million albums worldwide and 12 gold singles. During his career he also hosted a CBS television show The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour. Campbell was a multiple Grammy award winner and was name CMA’s Entertainer of the Year Award in 1968
