The WPIAL 5a Girls Varsity Softball Team’s season is set to begin on March 14 with a non-conference away game against Hopewell. They will have two more non-conference games before their first conference match-up of the season. The two games will be held on Friday, March 17, in an away match against Butler, and on Monday, March 20, when they will play Shenango in another away contest. The teams’ first home game will be on Friday, March 24, against OLSH Highschool. The game will begin at 4:30 pm.
