The WPIAL stands for Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League. This is the primary league in which our sports are played. There is a great amount of history when it comes to sports here at New Castle. Bocce: 1 win: 2023
Have you ever gotten the chance to go check out the Sports Wall of Fame? It is located near the main gym. You can see many trophies, pictures, and awards in the glass cases. You will find athletes and teams who participated in sports from many years ago to current. It is really awesome to see, there is a great amount of tradition when it comes to sports here at New Castle.
