The New Castle Red Hurricane Volleyball team has had a lot of challenges throughout the years. But this year it was time for a change, The Rack helped them make a change. The Rack is a place like no other, it helps athletes get mentally and physically prepared for their upcoming season weather it’s football, volleyball, cross-country, softball, etc. Coach Min actually made The Rack come about, he’s most of the volleyball teams inspiration that is why they dedicated a couple signs in the gym to him. Something that he always tells every sport is that “there are no energy vampires allowed”, meaning if your energy is negative don’t bring it to The Rack because you’ll drain the positive energy out of someone else. (see picture) The Rack is available to all varsity sports in the New Castle School District, so if you have a chance to go you better take it!
