Youngstown Statte University football standouts Tevin McCaster and Steven Wethli continue to thrive both acadmically and on the gridiron.

Tevin is a senior running back and was named to the Walter Payton Award watch list early in the season. McCaster is one of 25 Football Championship Subdivision offensive standouts named by STATS FCS.  In addition, McCaster and Wethli were named to the STATS FCS Preseason All-American team. McCaster was a second-team selection, while Wethli, a long snapper, was a third-team All-American. Wethli (6-0, 230) is a senior and New Castle product.

Tevin has gained over 2,500 rushing yards in his college football career.
