New Castle Red Hurricane band members participated in this year’s Light-Up Night 2018.  In addition, New Castle Senior High School homecoming queen Angelina Domenick also took part in this annual event.  Also, the Red Hurricane cheerleaders, Flagline and Candy Canes added an contagious enthusiasm that spread throughout the crowd.
