Cleveland Indians

The Cleveland Indians current win streak has been incredible. Can the Indians beat the current record for the longest MLB season win streak? The record is held by the 1916 San Francisco Giants. A record that was been standing for 100 years. At a 21 win streak it seems they have what it takes to pull through and beat the record. Sport analysis are stating that not only will the beat the record, that they’ll carry on with the streak. The Indians already beat the American League record at 20. Last held by the Oakland A’s and their come back season to barely make it into the 2002 playoffs. The Indians are in a better situation than what the A’s. Cleveland is already in a safe position leading the American League with 90 wins.

On September 16, 2017, the Cleveland Indians win streak came to an end at 22 gamesĀ  as the Kansas City Royals defeated them 4 -3. They beat the American League win streak record, so their streakĀ  will not be forgotten any time soon. They just have to forget the loss and know how great they did to earn each win throughout the streak. The Indians are favored to make it all the way to the world series. The season is just now coming to an end. The fight for the commissioner’s trophy is the most important thing now. Will they win the World series after a great season, that no one expected?
