Donate a new blanket in November to be given to families in need!!  Peer leaders will be collecting blankets for the United Way of Lawerence County. Last year we only collected 15 blankets from New Castle High School. Our goal this year is to collect over 200 blankets, but we need  your support.  If you could encourage your students to bring in a new or very lightly used blanket it would be a great help to our community.  To entice them them you might consider giving them bonus points or have a contest between your classes. Peer Leaders will be around on Thursday mornings to pick up any blankets you have recieved.
