When school is out we have a lot of extra free time! With summer approaching we may lose track of our health and become lazy. This is an excellent opportunity to become fit when there is warm weather and sunshine. Narrowing down ways to stay active in the summer can be overwhelming sometimes, here are my 7 top motivating favorite ideas!
