Maryn Sylvester, Senior Author

Having good health habits is a great way to keep in the best shape of your life. Many people make health their whole lifestyle. Healthy habits don’t have to take over your whole life, but you should definitely have a few. A few lousy health examples would be a bad diet, not moving around daily, and being messy. Healthy habits can help control or delay health issues associated with aging, like high blood pressure and diabetes. For example, eating right and exercising can help you in the long run. You could start a few healthy habits: staying hydrated, moving more and sitting less, taking daily vitamins, cutting out unnecessary junk food, getting enough sleep, doing something healthy every day, and more. Staying organized can also be a healthy habit. You should always make a plan for what you’re going to do to make sure you stay ahead of the game. This can better you in work, school, and just your everyday environment. Some examples could be making a list of chores, a grocery list, or a list of assignments you need to complete. Making healthy habits can really better your life in many ways. Here are some other examples of healthy habits you could try.
