It is very common for many people to have bad sleeping habits. Maybe you’re stressed over a test, stressed over work, overwhelmed, overthinking, or just anything that’s keeping you up at night. Maybe your sleeping schedule interferes with your day. Well, today we are going to talk about what bad sleeping habits look like and how you can kick these bad habits to get a good night’s rest!

What does a bad sleeping pattern look like?

  • Find it difficult to fall asleep
  • Lie awake for long periods at night

Sleeping habits are very important to a person’s health. Adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep per night. Babies, young children, and teens need even more sleep to enable their growth and development. Have you ever wondered what would happen if you didn’t get enough sleep?   • Avoid eating heavy meals at least 2 hours before going to sleep
