Hey Canes! The weather is getting warmer, which means we will all want to spend more time outside! Here are some popular outdoor attractions near New Castle, PA that won’t break the bank!

• Living Treasures Wild Animal Park

Living Treasures is fun for the whole family! Here, you’ll find over 70 different species of animals, including peacocks, porcupines, and pythons! There are also several feeding and petting stations. Buy your food for the animals at the park. The park also offers pony rides.

• Pearson Park

Located in Neshannock township, this park is home to all sorts of fun things to do! It’s over 105 acres and includes six tennis courts, one basketball court, one sand volleyball court, two baseball fields, a playground, scenic walking and fitness trail, the Hutchison Community Center, four large shelters, one medium shelter, one small shelter, and a Gazebo that is used for free summer music concerts and weddings.

• Cascade Park

This park is described by many to be a great place to enjoy the outdoors. It is a former amusement park but now is a gorgeous nature park. Beautiful and peaceful, it’s a great place to enjoy the open air.
