Hey Canes! I know winter is a time where we are cold, where we are unmotivated, and where it is hard to even start our days sometimes. Winter feels so slow and draining between holidays, cold weather, and getting sick. During the winter we need to take care of ourselves and our health. Here are some ways to stay motivated during winter, so you can make it to Spring!
- Set Goal— create goals that you can achieve
- Reward yourself— Give yourself praise and rewards when you do something positive
- Try something new– Start up a new hobby
- Get a workout body and go to the gym— Keep moving, move your body and hit the gym
- Journal— Write down your thoughts, write quotes, write anything
- Challenge yourself— Take risks and try new things
- Find your values— What is important to you?
