The long anticipated free agent signing of OF Bryce Harper has happened. On Thursday 2/28/19 Harper signed a 13 year $330 million dollar deal with the Philadelphia Phillies. This deal comes after months of free agency and multiple deals with multiple teams. Bryce officially joined the Phillies organization yesterday 3/3/19. Bryce will wear number 3 instead of 34.  Harper will be paying  respect to the late great Fall of Famer Roy Halladay. Roy tragically lost his life last year in a plane crash.
