My team did not win, however, our experience was unique. You hear about how some students can’t get along during this week but my team was helpful to one another. Our CEO was Oliver Sager, he gave us specific jobs and even when we completed our jobs;he was still open to help one another individually. There are many meetings in between our “conference meeting” they try to keep us  entertained and focused on our project that week. Thursday, we had a show case where we introduced our projects to adults, students and judges. Our product was set at a price of $1,000 but on Thursday we gave them a discounted price of $850. Our marketing team also offered a payment plan. Friday was the awards ceremony scheduled for business week. Without a doubt, there were multiple challenges during the week such as RONA, the Showcase, Advertising and Marketing. There were winners for each challenge and there were also two runners-up. The winners of the challenges received a box of items they all had different things inside of them. The overall winners were the ones in the group that received #1 in all the challenge. In my opinion, the group was great overall. They were ahead in the marketing and sales the whole time and their ad was amazing and very catchy.

This experience taught my team to always work together and to designate each team member’s role.  The event gave us a “unique” real life learning opportunity.   Although Businnes Week is a senior tradition and experience, it provided the Class of 2019 a wonderful learning experience for all participants.
