Being locked in the house all day may get boring. Have you tried to go outside and get some exercise? This might be the thing you need. Going outside and taking a walk, run, or even just sitting out there is a great way to stay active and get some fresh air.  Getting exercise always helps but you also have to make sure you are eating three meals a day so you can stay healthy and get a lot of nutrients. Another important thing is getting 8 hours of sleep every night. You want to make sure that you are staying healthy during quarantine so when this is all over you are ready to play sports, have fun, and feel good.
