Although it might not feel like it right now, Spring is coming Canes! The first day of Spring is March 20th. I know we are all looking forward to brighter, sunnier, and happier days ahead! Spring is the time to rejuvenate your body and mind. Spring is a time of new beginnings, transformation, and growth. This time of the year is important to make self-care a priority at least once a week if you can. Keep those sunny, happy feelings going throughout the season with these Spring self-care ideas

1. Take a walk in nature, breathe in the fresh air. 

2. Give yourself flowers or pick flowers from a garden (roses, tulips, sunflowers, daisies)

3. Sort your spring clothes, get rid of clothes you never wear.

4. Plan a lunch/coffee date with a friend.

5. Plan out healthy meals that are replenishing for your body.

6. Spring clean your home or bedroom, a good deep clean of your house is always necessary.

7. Limit your screen time on your personal devices.

8. Take care of your skin with a good cleaning regime.

9. Start a garden by planting fresh fruits and vegetables

10. Spread the love to others—anyway you can!
