In week 5 Alabama takes 1st in the top 25 rankings as they beat Arkansas 49-26. Bryce Young was strong early on with 173 yards and one touchdown. He rushed for one touchdown but threw an interception. While attempting a pass, Young fell and landed on his shoulder resulting in an injury. He is listed day to day so the team waits to see if he comes back next week. Backup quarterback Jalen Milroe threw for 65 yards and one touchdown. He rushed for 91 yards and a touchdown. Jahmyr Gibbs rushed for 206 yards and two touchdowns. Arkansas’s quarterback KJ Jefferson threw for 155 yards and one touchdown. He rushed for 38 yards. Raheim Sanders rushed for 101 yards and one touchdown.

Wake Forest vs Florida State was a great game with Wake Forest’s quarterback Sam Hartman throwing for 234 yards and two touchdowns. Justice Ellison rushed for 114 yards and one touchdown and Christian Turner rushed for 64 yards and one touchdown. Florida State’s quarterback Jordan Travis threw for 281 yards and three touchdowns. Treshaun Ward rushed for 87 yards and Travis rushed for only two yards. Wake Forest won 31-21.

TCU stays undefeated as they beat Oklahoma 24-55. TCU’s quarterback Max Duggan threw for 302 yards and three touchdowns. He rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns. Kendre Miller rushed for 136 yards and two touchdowns. Oklahoma’s quarterback Dillon Gabriel suffered a head injury as he threw for 126 yards. Backup quarterback Davis Beville threw for 50 yards. Jovantae Barnes and Eric Gray both rushed for a combined 160 yards and three touchdowns. Oklahoma punted for 375 yards with TCU only punting for 192 yards.
