Hey Canes! Meet Nicholas Fair. He was recently given the opportunity to sing the national anthem for the Cubs farm team game. I had the pleasure of meeting him this week, and interviewing him about this event. Enjoy!

1. How did you get to sing the National Anthem at the game?

I was chosen for it.

2. How did you feel before you sang?

Nervous and excited.

3. What was the best part about being there and singing?

When the guy let me wear last year’s championship ring.

4. Would you like to sing at other events?

Yes! I want to sing at a Pittsburgh Pirates game.

5. Who is a big inspiration to you? 

Mrs. Jamie and Mr. Natale are big inspirations to me.
