NCTV’s 45 “Cook  in the Castle” Chef Mr. Perrotta visited Mrs. Sciliano’s Home Economics class on Monday October 29th.  Chef Perrotta cooked one of his most popular dishes Chicken Aioli for our Students.  Mr. Perrotta besides being a long term substitute at New Castle High School is also owner of New Castle’s local television station NCTV 45.
