Their label debut, Vessel, was released in 2013- leading the duo to success with their fourth-breakthrough album, Blurryface (2015) Which produced the successful singles “Stressed out” and “Ride”, along with an additional single “Heathens” recorded for the film Suicide Squad. Twenty One Pilots have been one of the first alternative groups to concurrent the top ten singles in the U.S. The Duo has won a Grammy Award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.

The name “Twenty One Pilots” originated from a play by Arthur Miller, called “All my Sons”. The play is about a man who must decide what is best for his family after knowingly sending out faulty airplane parts for the good of his business and causing the death of twenty-one pilots during the World War II.

Twenty One Pilots have toured the Mosty November Tour (2012), Quiet is Violent tour (2014) and from 2015-2017 for their breakthrough album Blurryface under the Blurryface tour, Emotional Roadshow and Tour de Columbus tours. As of current, the band is on haitus for an unknown period of time. Fans suspect their new album to be released in late 2017 or early 2018, but no one can be exactly sure as they haven’t hinted towards it, but mentioned it in interviews in the past.
