Want to get better sleep at night? 

Try turning off your phones, iPads, and tablets. Melatonin production is suppressed and the light from your devices keeps your brain in awake mode.

One study says that people who use devices before bed have more disruptive sleep patterns and are less rested in the morning than those who read books because the blue light radiates into their eyes.

One way to sleep is to put your phone on Do Not Disturb.

Another way is to try listening to sleep sounds to wind down. Some sounds such as ocean waves, wind, meditation music, lullaby sounds, or soothing music. Sleep is essential for our bodies. Sleep helps us be the best we can be every day. Sleep helps improve the body physically, mentally, and emotionally.
