5 Healthy Snacks to Make in 5 Minutes

Have you been eating unhealthy and want to start eating healthier? Well I have put together 5 easy delicious, 5 minutes snacks that you can make at home! Let me know which ones you try! 

  • Apple & Peanut Butter Toast—A pinch of ground cardamom punches up the flavor in this classic combo of apples and peanut butter on toast.
    • Ingredients
    • 1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted
    • 2 tablespoons peanut butter¼ cup sliced apple
    • Pinch ground cardamom
  • Tuna Salad Spread—This tuna spread recipe is a healthy twist on tuna salad and uses avocado and Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise. Serve it on cucumber slices, butter lettuce leaves or whole-grain crackers.
    • Ingredients
    • 1 avocado, mashed
    • 2 tablespoons low-fat plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
