The New Castle girls’ cross country team had an impressive performance throughout their 2017 season.The varsity team consists of Grace Goodlin, Olivia Goodlin, Nina Reider, Anna Blundo, Marissa Polding, Abby Schaubroeck, and Alexa Reider.  The Hurricane’s went 5-3 in their section. The Canes placed 17th out of 45 teams at the Sharpsville Blue Devil Invitation. Grace Goodlin led the Canes, placing 34th out of 321 runners.
